What’s included in my We Craft Box?

Each month We Craft Box sends you a themed story, and the materials for 2-3 crafts. We focus on a new art material from markers and pastels, to Magic Nuudles and Wiki Stix allowing your children to try new things and build up their crafting supplies. When does my box ship?

We normally ship our subscription boxes on the first of the month. If the first falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, we will ship on the following business day. You will receive an e-mail with tracking number when your box is on its way!

How many children does one box work for?

Each box has 2–3 crafts and enough blanks to be shared between two children.

What ages is this box suitable for?

We roughly target children from ages 3–9 years old. We recommend that parents help the younger kiddos with the crafts.

How does a month-to-month subscription work?

Choose your plan and have your box shipped on the first of the next month. After receiving your box, you will get a reminder e-mail about being renewed on the 10th of the month and your subscription will then renew on the 11th of each month. Remember unless marked as a gift all subscriptions will auto-renew until cancelled. 

We are going out of town and want to skip a month; How can I do that?

You can log into your account on our website and either update your shipping address or skip a month!

What happens at the end of a prepaid subscription?

If you have purchased a gift subscription the subscription will just end. If you have a recurring subscription you will get a reminder email that your subscription is about to renew on the 10th of the month and then it will renew on the 11th.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply log into your account and cancel. You must cancel before the 11th of the month.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

I ordered a box from the single box shop. When will my box ship?

We ship single boxes in 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 1–5 days. You will receive a tracking e-mail once your We Craft Box has shipped.

How do I update my payment information and mailing address?

You can log into your account on our website here and update all your information.

Can I return my We Craft Box?

We do not accept returns. However, we strive to put together the best boxes possible for you and your family. If you have feedback or suggestions to make it better please shoot us an e-mail.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship to the United States,  and Canada. All shipping to the US including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO and all US Territories for FREE. Shipping Fees apply to all shipments to Canada.

Gifting Questions


How do I send a We Craft Box Gift?

You can choose a box from our single box shop or subscribe for a prepaid plan and select “This is a gift” at checkout.

Can I leave a gift message?

Yes! When you select give as a gift there is a field to leave a gift message. We print that message on a large sheet of paper and it’s the first thing that’s seen when the children open the box.

Do you gift wrap?

We do not offer gift wrapping – our brightly color box is sure to be noticed and get the kids excited!  

Can you ship the first box to my address and the following boxes to the gift recipients?

Yes! Use your mailing address for the first box, then log into your account and update the shipping address there. Just be sure to do it by mid-month so it is updated in our system.
